The 2024 Porsche McCann EV has spied inside and out

PorscheIts coming All electric macan The SUV has been spotted inside and out before its expected release in late 2023, giving us our best look yet.

The dash is apparently inspired by the all-electric Taycan and has a curved digital instrument cluster.

A proprietary, electric shaver-style gear selector, like the Tekken and the upcoming Panama that has recently been spied on.

The center console has a climate control toggle and a touch-capacitive switchgear. It looks like an evolution of the current petrol-powered McCann.

We can create touchscreen infotainment systems, but many parts of the interior are still covered in disguise and surrounded by emergency buttons, wires, cameras and computers.

The caravan of Porsche Macan EVs spied on two different front bumper designs, indicating slightly different front-end styling for regular Macan EVs and more powerful turbo models.

On the front, both prototypes have a two-level headlight design, with four strips of LED daytime running light in the upper block, and a lower set of main low- and high-beam lights.

There is also a large low air intake under the front bumper.

The main difference between the regular and turbo models is the side air intake. The regular model has trapezoidal side air intake and the sportier model has more triangular units.

Around the side, there are prominent shoulders and a sharply recorded tailgate, reminiscent of the end of the Cain Coupe. The third side window and the rear pillar remain in disguise.

Below is a full-width light bar, an active rear spoiler and faucet exhaust outlet.

It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post. The digital instrument cluster reads a range of 281 km on one of the Speed prototypes, although it is probably not with a full battery.

Underneath the skin, the All-Electric Macan is based on the new premium Platform Electric (PPE) architecture jointly developed by Porsche and Audi. It will also be used on the Audi Q6 e-Tron, which was recently spied on in prototype form.

As previously reported, the current petrol-powered Macan will be on sale for a few years, at least until 2024, along with this new all-electric Macan.

The updated 2022 Porsche Macan arrived locally in mid-2022 and is available in the base model with a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder, or in the S and GTS models with the 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6.
