Renault is raising prices again from July 1

Renault Australia Has announced that it will conduct a range-wide “price restructuring” from July 1, 2022.

Glenn Seeley, General Manager, Renault Australia, said: “Like many brands in Australia, rising shipping costs and rising raw material prices mean we have to adjust prices across the range.

“While these price increases are an unfortunate consequence of the ever-changing world we live in, the Renault Range still represents a premium European offer that combines real value for its high-level security, technology and sophisticated design.”

This latest price increase follows the price increase of the Renault model in addition to the Kangu Van, effective March 1, 2022.

Unlike last time, this price increase includes the entire Renault range. These models are Renault Captur, Arkana, Koleos, Megane RS Trophy, Kangoo, Trafic and Master.

Prices have risen to $ 2210 for the high-performance Megane RS Trophy range, from $ 100 for the entire Kanga Van range.

Renault is not alone in raising prices for its range. Subaru has recently raised the price of some of its models, and brands such as Volkswagen, BMW, Audi, Isuzu, Jeep, Kia, Skoda, MG and GWM Haval have done the same in the past.

Since the latest price hike, Renault has launched the new Captur RS line and the Arkana RS line flagship model as well as the Koleos Black Edition.

Renault currently indicates that it has “limited stock” and says customers are encouraged to visit their local Renault dealer before July 1, when the new price will take effect.

The updated 2022 price for the Renault range, effective July 1, is as follows:
