Porsche acquires German Ebike maker Fazua with plans to build new Porsche

Porsche’s involvement in eBay space has grown significantly since its latest acquisition.

In January, Forsyth bought a 20 percent stake in Porsche, an eBay company based in Autobrun, Germany. A few months later, Porsche announced that it had acquired all shares of Fuzur, expanding its footprint in the eBay division. Fajua is known for creating light and small drive systems like the new Ride 60. Porsche’s involvement in the eBay industry also includes ownership of a large portion of the Croatian eBay brand Grape.

Porsche plans to merge all of its eBike activities by establishing two joint ventures with Ponooc Investment BV. Also, Porsche plans to continue working with its partner, Rotwild, on their partner eBike models. Last year, Rotwild and Porsche released Porsche eBike Sport and eBike Cross. The Porsche that came out of this investment and expansion may have two lower wheels, but they will be built with just as much innovation.
