The next coach-built Rolls-Royce boat, inspired by Mukto, is ascending the shores of Tail Lake Como.
Concorso d’Eleganza, Villa d’Este is one of the most elegant automotive events in the world, set against the incredible backdrop of Lake Como, Italy, and features some of the richest, classic and iconic cars ever built. One of those cars will be the next Rolls-Royce Boat Tail, one of only three coachbuilt cars to be built, its stunning shape inspired by vintage yachts and each side of the car speaks of classic luxury and unparalleled splendor.

The car was commissioned by a Rolls-Royce client with a legacy in the pearl industry, which served as inspiration for the car’s bespoke design, with paint color, one of the most intricate finishes created by Rolls-Royce, the client was inspired by a pearl shell. . The boat tail is finished with a mixture of oysters and soft roses, which are combined with white and bronze flakes to create a vibrant pearlycent finish. The interior is decorated with oyster and cognac-colored leather and royal walnut wood trim, continuing the Mother-of-Pearl and Rose Gold accent pearl-inspired theme.
The car will be unveiled to the public at Villa d’Este, the perfect place for a car like a boat tail that is just by the water’s edge and the perfect event to celebrate the car’s ultimate beauty, luxury, sophistication and uniqueness.
