AMG One hypercar, Buick Wildcat EV Concept, 2023 BMW X1: Today’s Car News

After years of waiting, the Mercedes-Benz AMG’s One Hypercar has finally arrived in production disguise. AMG has been able to deliver on the promise of a road car powered by a real Formula 1 engine, in this case the Championship winning engine from the 2015 F1 season. It powers the car together with an electric motor on the crankshaft and two additional electric motors on the front wheels.

Buick has created a wild coupe concept that foretells some of the technology and design features that will come to the brand’s car in the very near future. It’s an electric vehicle, and Buick has confirmed that its first EV, which will revive the Electra name, will arrive in 2024.

BMW has launched a newly designed X1 for the 2023 model year. The size of the third generation of the popular compact crossover has increased slightly and is available with electric power, although currently only one gas powertrain has been confirmed in the United States.
